Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect for processing, delivery times, tracking, and shipping issues.

The short version

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days (U.S. and international).
  • Order to delivery is roughly 1–2 weeks total.
  • Tracking is emailed when available; allow up to 72 hours to update.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after your purchase is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

During periods of high demand, sales events, holidays, or unexpected order volume, processing times may take slightly longer. In such cases, please allow an additional business day for processing before shipment.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are typically:

  • United States: 6–10 business days
  • International Orders: 6–10 business days

For most orders, the total timeframe from order placement to delivery is approximately 1–2 weeks.

These delivery estimates include order processing and transit time and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery Estimates

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • High order volumes
  • Transportation disruptions

Roamio Travel is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (when available).

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, refunds, or replacements.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

If you need additional assistance, contact us at roamio.luggage@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help investigate the shipment.

Please note that shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at roamio.luggage@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
