Returns & Warranty
We build our luggage to last, so we keep our policy simple and honest. Please read the details below before reaching out.
The short version
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, fit, color preference, or buyer's remorse. Returns are only accepted when an item is confirmed to be defective.
An item is considered defective if it arrives with a manufacturing fault that affects normal use (for example, a broken zipper mechanism, a wheel that does not roll, or a handle that will not extend out of the box).
Defective claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review and resolve it.
There is no warranty on our products except in cases where the item is damaged during shipping. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scuffs, scratches, misuse, accidents, and damage from airline handling after delivery are not covered.
If your order arrives damaged from transit, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the shipping packaging. Approved shipping-damage claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
The following are never eligible for return or refund: items marked final sale, used or worn products, items without proof of purchase, and any item damaged through misuse or normal travel wear.
Email us at roamio.luggage@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your claim, and supporting photos. We respond to claims in the order they are received. If your claim is approved, we will provide next steps for repair, replacement, or return.
